Humavisor Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms:

"JHT" refers to the company operating and managing the Humavisor platform.

"Humavisor" refers to the communication platform owned and operated by JHT that enables real-time interaction between businesses and customers through video calls, audio calls, and chat.

"User" refers to any individual or organization accessing or using the platform.

"Business User" refers to organizations or representatives using Humavisor to interact with their customers or clients.

"Customer" refers to any individual communicating with a Business User through the platform.

"Services" refers to all tools, features, and technologies provided through Humavisor, including communication services, integrations, recordings, and AI-powered features.

Humavisor provides technology infrastructure that enables communication between businesses and their customers.

JHT acts solely as a technology provider and:

• Does not participate in, control, or direct the content of conversations conducted through the platform.
• Is not responsible for the conduct, statements, advice, or representations made by Business Users or their agents.
• Does not guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform.

To use Humavisor, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify JHT immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Business Users must provide valid commercial registration details and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

You may use Humavisor solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform to engage in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual through the platform.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Record conversations without the consent of all participants where required by law.
• Use the platform in a way that violates the privacy rights of others.

Certain plans may include call recording features. Business Users who enable recording are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining all required consents from participants prior to recording.
• Complying with all applicable recording and privacy laws in their jurisdiction.
• Securing and managing recorded data appropriately.

JHT stores data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Business Users may request data deletion in compliance with applicable regulations.

Access to certain features of Humavisor requires payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the pricing plan you select.
• Provide accurate and valid billing information.
• Authorize JHT to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (if applicable).

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. JHT reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Humavisor platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of JHT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from JHT.

The Humavisor platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JHT does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects in the platform will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JHT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if JHT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

JHT's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to JHT in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

JHT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at JHT's sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and JHT may delete your account and associated data in accordance with its data retention policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

JHT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
